Booking and cancellation terms 1. Booking and payment Your booking is with CriticalCareEcho Ltd for the Level 1 Echocardiography Course on 5 December 2026 at Delta Hotels Peterborough. The total fee is shown before you pay and includes the advertised teaching, lunch and refreshments. Travel and accommodation are not included. For new bookings, pay the full course fee by bank transfer using the reference shown, then submit your details for payment verification. Opening this page or submitting payment details does not reserve or hold a place. Your place is confirmed only after the organiser verifies receipt of the full fee and confirms availability. You will then receive your booking confirmation and receipt access. If no place is available when your payment is checked, we will arrange a full refund. Do not pay a second time if you have already transferred the fee; contact us with your payment reference. Existing provisional reservations retain their original payment arrangements. 2. Experience and access Basic echo experience is required: familiarity with probe handling, cardiac anatomy and standard transthoracic views. Existing accreditation or independent scanning is not required. Contact us before booking if you have never scanned. Sign-in is available only after we confirm payment, using the same email as your registration and a one-time code. Pre-course material is released separately when ready; we will notify paid candidates by email. All teaching material remains hidden until release, after which eligible paid candidates have access until the end of 12 December 2026 (UK time). Your sign-in session expires at that time; signing out, clearing browser cookies or changing browsers requires another code. Materials are for personal learning and must not be shared or redistributed. Course attendance does not itself confer BSE accreditation. 3. Cancelling your booking Email courses@criticalcareecho.co.uk with your name and booking reference. We use the date your cancellation email is received. You do not need to give a reason. Where consumer cancellation rights apply, you may cancel within 14 days starting the day after the contract is confirmed for a full refund. Accessing pre-course material does not by itself waive those rights. If booking within 14 days of the course, contact us before paying so that any required arrangements for early delivery can be agreed explicitly. Statutory rights take priority over the scale below. For other cancellations: • At least 28 calendar days before the course: full refund. • 14–27 calendar days before the course: cancellation charge of no more than 50% of the fee. • Fewer than 14 calendar days before the course, or non-attendance: cancellation charge of no more than 100% of the fee. Any charge will be limited to our reasonable, evidenced net loss from your cancellation. We will take reasonable steps to refill the place and deduct costs saved and replacement-booking income. We will explain any deduction. Exceptional circumstances will be considered individually. 4. Substitutions and refunds You may nominate a suitable replacement delegate at no additional course fee. Contact us at least two working days before the course; substitutions require our written confirmation. Do not share your account. We will arrange the replacement's booking and access separately. Refunds will be sent to the original payer without undue delay and normally within 14 days of cancellation, or sooner where legally required. Access ends when a booking is cancelled or transferred. Refunds and substitutions are handled by the organiser, not automatically by the website. 5. Changes by the organiser If we cancel the course, we will refund the full course fee. If we change the date, venue or course content materially, you may accept the change or choose a full refund. Minor faculty or timetable changes may be made while preserving the advertised learning objectives. Please consider flexible travel and accommodation arrangements. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 6. Questions and complaints Contact courses@criticalcareecho.co.uk. Please include your booking reference where available. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days.
